Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Litigation -

    Taking care of litigation and coordinating with law firms or associates for case status and its documentation. Legal compliances and preparation of MIS. Timely drafting, vetting and filing of pleadings, applications, objections, statement of claim, appeals, etc. and issuance of legal notices and replies to the notices.
  2. Drafting

     affidavits, deeds, Vendor Agreements, complaints, notices, reply to notices, Board Resolution, MoU other legal documents.
  3. To process all legal cases pertaining to various operational issues with external clients.

                4.  To process all legal cases pertaining to facilities related issues including CAM payments by clients of Vatika Commercial sites.

Preferred candidate profile

Having relevant experience with good communication skills.
