As an Assistant Manager - Learning & Development at Hyatt Place Bhopal Rani Kamalapati Station, your role will involve: - Developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement. - Designing and delivering training programs tailored to meet the organization's needs. - Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and development. - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals. - Managing and maintaining accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
