Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant Manager of Learning and Development. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee performance. The Assistant Manager will manage training delivery, oversee learning-related initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. They will also provide support in fostering a culture of learning within the organization and preparing reports for management on training effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, Tamil & Telegu must.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to interact and coordinate with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Strong Training & Development and Training skills to design and deliver impactful learning programs.
  • Customer Service skills to align training initiatives with the standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Education, or related fields; a Master’s degree or certification in Learning and Development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in health insurance or service sectors would be an advantage.
