Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Learning and Development located in Kanpur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, assessing training needs, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Ability to assess training needs and develop training materials
• Strong skills in conducting training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
