Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Learning & Development at our Kanpur location. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing training programs, and delivering training sessions. They will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, managing learning and development initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless implementation of training activities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Learning & Development principles and practices
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Ability to identify training needs and evaluate training outcomes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using training tools and technology
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
