Job Description

  1. Monitor and manage the inventory of kitchenware, cutlery, and supplies, ensuring a continuous supply of cleaned and maintained items for the culinary and beverage departments.
  2. Uphold stringent health, hygiene, and safety standards, ensure compliance with local and national regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  3. Work collaboratively with production and packing staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations, including the movement of equipment, washing of dishes and pots, and timely delivery of pots items.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  5. Oversee proper waste disposal, conduct deep cleaning of all kitchen areas, equipment, floors, and surfaces, and manage cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  6. Implement and monitor pest control measures to maintain a pest-free environment within the kitchen.
