Job Description

DESIGNATION

DEPARTMENT:- New Business -Rework

Grade:- L1

Key Responsibilites;

Identifying and mitigating Risk within the process.
Day to day QC activity of internal & external department.
Working on process improvement to reduce FTR %
Processing day to day cases of Fund Transfer/Consent & other Adhoc activity
Managing all MIS /Report related to customer communication adhere to PHPC guidelines.
Reverting to other departments query within timeline
Responsible for automating existing processes to improve efficiency of entire department
Preferably worked in any operations department of Insurance company (Candidates from Life insurance industry would be preferred)
Excellent in written and verbal communication with ability to establish and maintain positive relationship at all levels including senior management
Attention to detail, problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education: Graduation / Post graduation

Work experience in years: 2 to 3 yrs experience

Skills / experience required: Strong verbal as well as written communication skills, processing knowledge , Team Player, Manage multiple activities

Expert or Intermediate - Intermediate or Expert
