We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Programming Strategy & Insights, Hindi TV Channel at JioStar (Consumer Insights Specialist – Qualitative Research)
At JioStar, we're looking for someone who can bring the voice of the viewer into our stories. This role is at the heart of our programming decisions—analyzing societal shifts, audience behavior, and feedback to shape stories that resonate deeply with millions.Do you love decoding why audiences connect with certain stories, characters, and emotions? We’re looking for a insights-driven storyteller who can turn research into creative impact.In this role, you’ll lead qualitative consumer research, translate cultural trends and audience feedback into powerful insights, and collaborate closely with content, marketing, and programming teams.
