UI/UX Developer

enterprise-grade web applications

Angular and/or React

• Design and implement clean, responsive, and user-centric interfaces for enterprise web applications using Angular or React.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective UX workflows and design patterns.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and continuously improve the UI/UX.
• Optimize front-end performance and maintain reusable UI components.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and UI/UX best practices for enterprise systems.
  

Required Skills & Technologies

• Frontend Frameworks: Angular and/or React (proficiency in at least one is mandatory)
• Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• UX Expertise: Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, Information Architecture, Interaction Design
• Version Control: Git or equivalent
• Understanding of:
• Enterprise application design and UI complexities
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n)
  

• Experience integrating UI with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Exposure to Agile development environments
• Basic knowledge of mobile UI/UX and mobile-first design principles
• Performance optimization of large-scale UI components and layouts
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer working on enterprise-grade applications
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows through intuitive UI/UX
