Job Description

Lead the interior design of retail stores from concept to execution.
Create 2D and 3D design presentations, mood boards, and layout plans as per brand guidelines.
Develop detailed working drawings and BOQs for vendors and project teams.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for design approvals and execution timelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design fidelity and quality.
Work closely with visual merchandising and branding teams for cohesive in-store experiences.
Research new materials, trends, and innovations in retail design to continuously evolve store aesthetics.
Ensure all designs meet compliance, safety, and ergonomic standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within defined timelines and budgets.
