Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shimla for an Assistant Manager - Interior. The Assistant Manager will oversee interior project planning, coordinate with designers and contractors, and supervise on-ground execution to ensure quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities include selecting materials, managing budgets, and ensuring that designs align with the brand's luxury standards. This role requires close collaboration with architects and other project stakeholders to maintain creative integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Visual Design
• Strong skills in Project Coordination, Vendor Management, and Budget Management
• Knowledge of Material Selection, Interior Finishes, and Quality Standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in luxury interiors or related industries is an advantage
