Role & responsibilities

Manpower Handling
Capable of managing teams effectively and coordinating workforce activities.
Knowledge of Hydraulic Components & Electro-Hydraulics
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and related electrical controls.
MS Office Proficiency
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential Office tools.
Problem-Solving Techniques
Able to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with Hydraulic Components, Hoses & Connections
Knowledgeable in hydraulic hoses, fittings, connections, and preparing accurate technical drafts.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience in hydraulic systems
, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic components.
Sound knowledge of hydraulic components and electro-hydraulic systems
, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, connectors, and control units.
Ability to prepare and interpret technical drawings
, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and related documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office
, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills
, with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
Experience in manpower handling
, including supervising technicians, planning daily tasks, and ensuring safe work practices.
Familiarity with hydraulic hose assembly, fittings, and proper connection techniques.
Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures
related to hydraulic systems.
