Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth functioning of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division. As the Assistant Manager - Human Resources, you will collaborate with the Human Resources Manager to uphold Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel, thereby meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist the Human Resources Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy. - Support the efficient operations of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division. - Ensure adherence to brand standards and corporate strategies set by Hyatt International. - Contribute to maintaining employee, guest, and owner satisfaction levels. - Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively. - Maintain a high level of administrative efficiency within the department. - Display strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with team members. **Qualifications Required** - Ideally possess a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Assistant Manager or Human Resources Officer in a larger operation. - Must demonstrate good problem-solving abilities, administrative competence, and strong interpersonal skills.
