Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Routine Tasks:

  • Positive Work Environment:

    Foster a supportive and collaborative workplace as per HR Guidelines.
  • Pharmacy & Unit Rounds:

    Conduct regular interactions with pharmacy and other HBP units.
  • HR Queries:

    Address employee questions related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Staff Counselling:

    Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed.
  • Meetings:

    Regularly meet with pharmacy in-charges and other key stakeholders i.e supervisors.
  • HR MIS Reports:

    Maintain and update Management Information Systems reports.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to JCI and NABH SQE (Staff Qualification & Education) standards.

2. Government Office Tasks:

  • Labour Cases:

    Manage legal matters and disputes in labor courts and offices.
  • Government Audits:

    Oversee and facilitate audits from government bodies regarding compliance.
  • HR Compliance & Registrations:

    Handle registrations and compliance activities related to various labor laws (S&E, CLRA, LWF, PT).
  • Annual Returns:

    File annual returns for Haryana.
  • PF & ESIC Issues:

    Manage issues related to Provident Fund and Employees' State Insurance Corporation.
  • Government Relations:

    Maintain regular contact and meetings with government officials.

3. Salary, PMS & Compensation:

  • Attendance Monitoring:

    Track and manage employee attendance.
  • Payroll Assistance:

    Provide necessary information to the HO payroll Team.
  • Wages Updates:

    Ensure updates on minimum wage regulations.
  • LWF & Tax Filing:

    File Labor Welfare Fund and Professional Tax as required.
  • Full & Final Settlements:

    Prepare and finalize employee settlements.
  • Contractual Manpower Billing:

    Verify billing for contractual staff.
  • PMS Coordination:

    Oversee and coordinate Performance Management System processes.

4. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Profile Sourcing:

    Source profiles based on job requirements.
  • Interviews & Offers:

    Conduct interviews, manage further rounds, and extend job offers.
  • Manpower Fitment:

    Ensure manpower needs align with budget constraints.
  • Induction Programs:

    Organize and execute employee induction programs.
  • Institution Coordination:

    Liaise with colleges and institutions for recruitment purposes.

5. Other Tasks:

  • HOD Meetings:

    Regularly meet with Heads of Departments to discuss HR concerns.
  • Hospital HR Coordination:

    Stay updated with the hospital HR team for routine matters.
  • Training:

    Develop and train the second line of HR.
  • Support:

    Support to other departments if required.
