Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, HR at Technocrafts Electrical Solution Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in the recruitment process to meet the staffing needs and job specifications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates" qualifications and cultural fit. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a talent pipeline, handling full-cycle recruitment, ensuring adherence to recruitment timelines, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. To excel in this role, you must have an MBA/PGDMA in Human Resources on a full-time basis. It is essential to stay updated with trends in the recruitment industry and the Indian job market. Any other HR assignments as initiated from time to time will also be a part of your responsibilities. The job location for this position is in Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra.
