Assistant Manager HR

The role of an HR Manager based in Gurgaon involves various key responsibilities across different functions within the organization. Recruitment / Resourcing: You will be assisting seniors in fulfilling human resource requirements by conducting selection interviews and handling employee joining to leaving formalities. It will be your responsibility to work towards improving selection procedures, test constructions, and administration. Additionally, you will track the manpower status in the departments. Training & Development: Identifying training needs, preparing a Training Calendar for the upcoming financial year, and coordinating with department heads for training programs will be part of your role. You will also need to ensure feedback on training programs, impart orientation training to new employees, and prepare necessary Training & Development documents. IR & Welfare Activities: You will handle employee grievances, maintain cordial employee relations, and ensure discipline and a harmonious working environment across all levels of employees. Facilitating insurance schemes like Med claim and group insurance for employees, arranging welfare activities, and organizing employee engagement activities to boost morale will also be your responsibility. Performance Appraisal System: Assisting seniors in establishing a Performance Management System across the plant and actively participating in the Performance Management System of employees on probation will be part of your duties.
