Location: Delhi NCR (Exposure to Pune & Dubai hiring)

Reporting To: Asst. HR Manager / Sr. HR Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with HR generalist responsibilities. The role requires hands-on experience in sales hiring, coordination with business leaders, and managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)

Handle end-to-end hiring for:

Sales Executives & Relationship Managers

Channel Sales & Site Sales teams

CRM, marketing, operations & support roles

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and walk-in drives

Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with sales heads

Ensure quick closures, follow-ups, and offer management

Maintain hiring tracker, MIS, and recruitment reports

Support bulk hiring during new project launches

2. Sales Hiring & Business Coordination

Understand real estate sales KPIs and hiring requirements

Work closely with sales managers to meet urgent manpower needs

Ensure high offer-to-joining ratio

Assist in hiring for international sales (Dubai market) as and when required

3. HR Generalist & Operations

Manage onboarding & joining formalities

Maintain employee records, documentation & HR MIS

Support attendance, leave management & payroll coordination

Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications

Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination

4. Engagement & Retention Support

Assist in employee engagement activities

Support referral programs and incentive communication

Coordinate performance review documentation

Help reduce early attrition through structured follow-ups

Required Skills & Competencies

Functional Skills

Strong experience in recruitment (sales hiring preferred)

Exposure to HR operations & generalist activities

Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques

MS Excel, reporting & MIS skills

Behavioral Skills

High energy & result-oriented mindset

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure & tight timelines

Ownership-driven and proactive approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA / PGDM in HR

Experience from real estate, brokerage, channel partner, or sales-driven organizations

Candidates with exposure to bulk hiring will be preferred
