Assistant Manager HR & Admin

You will be part of our growing Air Freight Import & Export team in Mumbai, where we currently have 3 open positions across different levels. As an Executive with 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for pricing, operations, and customer service tasks. The Senior Executive role requires 3-5 years of experience in handling complex client requirements and pricing negotiations. If you are an Assistant Manager with 5-7 years of experience, you will manage key accounts, lead operations, and drive client success. Your main focus areas will include pricing tasks such as import & export quotations, rate negotiations, and finalizations. In terms of operations, you will handle end-to-end booking, documentation, and shipment coordination. Furthermore, you will be responsible for customer service tasks including client handling, updates, issue resolution, and key account management. To excel in these roles, you should possess a strong knowledge of Air Freight (Import & Export), pricing strategies, and airline processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills are also essential for these positions. The salary offered will be as per industry standards.
