Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project and Development Services professional at JLL, your main responsibility will be to maintain smooth site operations. This will involve solving site design problems, managing construction works, and keeping timesheets and records for reporting purposes. You will ensure that projects comply with occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing and managing the implementation of the Project Management Project Safety Plan. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble and lead a team of experts, coordinate with key stakeholders, and manage subcontractors and suppliers - Conduct negotiations with contractors and suppliers - Represent the client throughout the project stages, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting JLL - Oversee the processes throughout the project's duration to meet company profit targets Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise in site management with certification in a building-related discipline - Significant experiences in site supervision, preferably in commercial, hotels, industrial, and retail fitout sectors - Strong leadership skills with the ability to constantly improve competencies - Superior interpersonal and communication skills for effective delegation and motivation of contractors Additional Company Details: At JLL, client satisfaction is paramount, and we have built a solid reputation for over 200 years.
