Job Description

As a HSSE Representative at JLL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and operations. Your responsibilities will include designing safety training programs, administering worker compensation cases, conducting safety audits, and managing emergency response plans. You will also be tasked with supervising hazardous waste management, coordinating with customers on safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all HSE programs and regulations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Site Safety Officers and Fire Marshals, develop and recommend improvements to Quality Management Systems, and participate in site safety committees. Your ability to analyze job hazard activities, implement health and safety procedures, and monitor conservation and protection programs will be essential in maintaining a safe work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to emails, attending corporate meetings, conducting safety talks, and performing follow-up inspections. Your proactive approach to monitoring contractors and sub-contractors for compliance with safety policies and procedures, as well as your involvement in internal audits, will contribute to the overall success of our safety initiatives.
