Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager at EHV International's upcoming units in Mumbai. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing guest relations, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training, and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Communication and Training skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
