Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced team. You’ll collaborate with our Senior Creative Director and cross-functional teams to create impactful print and digital designs, including brochures, posters, web layouts, PowerPoint presentations, video editing, motion graphics, banners, and other marketing materials.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in template design, with expertise in PowerPoint Slide Masters, grid layouts, text formatting, and Word styles and formatting. We’re looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering innovative design solutions.

• Branding & Identity: Ensure all branding activities have a consistent and strong visual identity, adhering to and evolving Newmark’s brand guidelines for all design work.
• Design Expertise: Clean layout, modern design, and production to deliver polished, creative client-facing proposals and presentation packages.
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with content and strategic marketing teams to design and produce materials such as infographics, diagrams, presentation slides, executive summaries, RFP templates, flyers, email blasts, invitations, announcements, and maps, ensuring alignment with branding standards.
• PowerPoint Expertise: Develop custom PowerPoint templates with advanced Slide Master setups, grid layouts, and cohesive text and color schemes. Ensure usability for non-designers and troubleshoot existing templates to improve functionality.
• Microsoft Word Templates: Create Word templates with consistent heading styles, table formats, page layouts, and features like multi-level numbering, automatic tables of contents, and headers/footers.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team Manager and Team Lead to finalize designs that meet project goals and brand standards.
  

Requirements:

• Proven 7+ years of experience in graphic designing with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  
• Should be Flexible, to work In Night Shifts (3PM-12AM & 6PM-3AM) if you are not ready to work in night shifts, please don’t apply
  
• Expert with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, After Effects)
  
• Experience in Process improvements and partnerships and a good team player who interacts with Stakeholders & marketing team
  Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
• Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Being able to illustrate and Knowledge of video editing skills are plus
  
• Degree / Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a must
