Assistant Manager – F&V Procurement

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily procurement execution as per indents and demand plans
• Coordinate with vendors for on-time delivery and fulfilment
• Source and manage local suppliers, mandis, aggregators, and farmers
• Track and control procurement costs & wastages while maintaining quality
• Ensure compliance, timely invoicing, and alignment with finance processes

Key Metrics You’ll Own:

• On-Time In-Full (OTIF) procurement
• Price efficiency & landed cost
• Wastage, Losses & Damages (WLD%)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in F&V procurement or Agri supply chain
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Hands-on experience with mandi operations & rural sourcing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on-ground
