Job Description

Role : Assistant Manager FP&A Education : CA / CPA Exp : 3 to 5 years post qualification Key responsibilities include but not limited to Financial Reporting, MIS packs, Investor reporting, financial consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and other FP&A activities Role requirements: Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP or IFRS Enhance and refine internal control processes for better efficiency. Perform detailed profitability analysis, segment reporting, utilization analysis, business plans, and prepare complex financial statements. Liase with the auditors and provide audit support for multiple geographies Ability to lead a team. Set team goals and objectives, mentor, train and motivate the team to ensure timely deliverables. Establish a strong rapport with clients, be readily available to address their needs, concerns, and inquiries while adhering to timely deliveries. Prepare various presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings, etc ** Candidate seeking to shift from audit to FP&A can apply ** Candidates looking to get back to work after break can apply ** Candidates available to join at short notice preferred
