Job Description

You will be responsible for the compliant, efficient, and effective management of financial assets and resources in alignment with the business strategy and operational requirements. This involves monitoring, reporting, and managing financial processes and specialist administration services. Your role will also include providing advice, mentorship, and ensuring appropriate financial governance and controls are in place. You should have a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, applications, systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g., S4), and digital innovation in your respective area of expertise to facilitate transformation to groundbreaking capability building. Additionally, you will be tasked with planning and managing core financial processes. Key responsibilities include: - Working with moderate levels of independency to solve a range of problems within your area of responsibility. - Analyzing possible solutions based on your knowledge and experience of procedures, best practices, and the business context. - Understanding key business drivers and the external market. - Applying judgement and being accountable for your own work. You may provide guidance to new team members or lead workstreams of projects as applicable. - The impact of your work will be felt across others in the team and may affect a range of customer, operational, or service activities in other teams. - Collaborating and communicating sophisticated or sensitive information to build consensus with others.
