Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key tasks include coordinating with different departments, handling client interactions, processing claims, and generating reports. The role also involves training staff, implementing operational strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards in service delivery.
