Job Title

Manager/Team Lead (IC Role) FP&A

Key Responsibilities

Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
Use analytics to identify and report issues, trends, areas for investigation and improvement, working with the relevant teams to deliver change if needed
Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
Work closely with Reporting team on daily/weekly/monthly report submissions
Managing administration of SAP, BPC server, Anaplan & Financial Systems
Ability to build reports in Anaplan and automate the reports
Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
Strengthening reporting controls
Client Management
People Management

Technical Skills

Exposure to SAP
Advanced excel knowledge
Anaplan, Kyriba (Will be added advantage)
Excellent written and oral communication

Education Requirement

Master degree in finance or Graduate in accounting and commerce with at least 15 years of education
