DEPARTMENT: Operations Summary of Role The successful candidate will join Loan admin operations team within Apex Fund Services to help build and grow out loan servicing business. They will work alongside the local Middle Office Manager, helping to onboard systems, define processes and build a global team to service a new product. The Candidate The candidate will have a good working knowledge and experience working with CLOs, CDOs, Credit Funds and the different types of Loans. They will be driven and motivated to achieve excellence through hard work, good organization skills, excellent communication and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: Cash/Position Reconciliation: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of reconciliation duties and tasks including Supervise, mentor and develop a team, fostering positive and collaborative work environment Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and provide insight into open items. Reviewing the daily reconciliation of cash transactions Reviewing daily reconciliation of Apex/Client positions Ensuring aged breaks (over 7 days) are addressed and escalated Processing and reconciling data in various systems Actively researching discrepancies with various agents and internal teams Preparing and ensuring all Reporting is issued within the required timeframes Preparing and assisting with various reports required by internal teams Approving cash wires/swift payment Other Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of reconciliation duties and tasks including Preparing & Review procedural documents Preparing daily/Monthly KPI / MIS reporting pack Support in Business enhancements and development Raising areas where operational efficiency can be improved Other duties as assigned by Management Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Degree in Accounting/Finance, or a relevant qualification Candidate should have 10+ years experience working in Loan Services Extensive knowledge of loans, Credit funds, Reconciliation Understanding or knowledge of various security types Private Debt, Syndicated Loans, Bi-Lateral Loans, Understanding of Loan trade lifecycle Working knowledge of Solvas would be an added advantage Knowledge of Kyriba and/or Mendex application would be desirable Knowledge and experience with settlements including Clearpar Knowledge and understanding of securities and other financial instruments Computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Solvas (CDO-Suite) preferred Role-Specific Competencies/Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills Strong organisational skills Accurate and acute attention to detail Adaptability - able to change tasks quickly as business needs dictate Uses discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to audience Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage time effectively and meet deadlines accordingly Self-motivated Punctuality.

Role & responsibilities Kyriba Certified Folks • Strong understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) along with 1+ years experience of Kyriba TMS product as an implementer • Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Software Implementation experience • Project Implementation and Communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Understanding of basic transactional banking • Drive architectural and design choices, recommend new features which can optimize and lead a scalable, performance-driven Treasury workstation. • Functional knowledge of core Treasury processes, including cash positioning, forecasting, bank account management, payment authorization architecture in TMS, FX, netting, and settlement

Role & responsibilities Consolidation Tax (TXM) : Lead the design, configuration, and support of the TXM module, ensuring optimal handling of tax processes within consolidation workflows. Investment Register : Oversee the support and management of the Investment Register module, ensuring it supports seamless integration with financial consolidation and reporting processes. Interfaces (Maconomy for Consolidation and TXM) : Expertly configure and maintain interfaces between Maconomy and OneStream for both Consolidation and TXM , ensuring accurate data flow, integration, and system performance across platforms. Co-Star & CoProcess : Implement and support Co-Star for financial modelling and CoProcess for enhanced process automation, ensuring alignment with client needs and seamless integration into the OneStream ecosystem. E-Flow : Leverage E-Flow to streamline business processes and enable improved workflow automation across OneStream, ensuring smooth operational efficiency. Fides-Treasury & GetPaid : Drive integration efforts for Fides-Treasury (for treasury management) and GetPaid (for accounts receivable solutions), ensuring seamless data exchanges with OneStreams financial processes. Kyriba & TIS-CashOptix : Manage integration of Kyriba (treasury management system) and TIS-CashOptix (liquidity management) with OneStream to enhance cash management and financial reporting. Navison : Ensure that Navison data is integrated effectively within the OneStream environment, allowing for comprehensive financial consolidation and reporting. Required Technical and Professional Experience 10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant OneStream and other financial management platforms. Hands-on experience leading the implementation and integration of OneStream with other financial and ERP systems. Previous experience working in consulting or systems integration, providing tailored solutions to clients in various industries. Expertise in system integration, data migration, and aligning financial management software with business requirements. Ability to design, configure, and deploy customized reporting and business intelligence solutions using reporting tools Strong knowledge of treasury management, financial reconciliation, and cash flow optimization tools such as Fides-Treasury, Kyriba , and TIS-CashOptix . Preferred candidate profile Certification in OneStream or related financial systems. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage
