* Hands-on experience in core lending operations within an NBFC environment.
* Capable of supporting end-to-end customer service processes, regulatory compliance, and system coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in day-to-day lending activities, including documentation, disbursement, and follow-ups
* Managing customer service queries and ensuring timely resolution with a service-first mindset
* Preparing and submitting regulatory returns in line with RBI and other applicable guidelines
*Creating monthly MIS reports for management
* Handling CIBIL reporting and ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
* Coordinating with technology vendors for the development, testing, and enhancement of the Loan Management System (LMS)
* Statutory Payments and Returns: Preparing TDS working and filing TDS returns Filling GST monthly, quarterly and annual returns if any Preparing and filing income tax returns Miscellaneous: Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
* Providing documentation and data support
* Assisting in Tax Audit in Income tax return and other accounting activities
* Assisting in preparing financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
* Excellent knowledge in Tally, MS Office: Excel, word and Power point
