Assistant Manager - Engineering

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Engineering with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team at Club Mahindra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Manage and oversee the engineering department for efficient operations.
• Develop and implement engineering projects to enhance facilities and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve high performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
