Assistant Manager Donor Engagement

Key Responsibilities: - Support and manage institutional funding partnerships, ensuring engagement, volunteering, and funding opportunities are maximized - Maintain routine reporting and communication with donors, including field visits, audits, and volunteer coordination - Implement efficient systems to ensure funding partnerships meet their full potential - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective donor communication and budget management - Maintain accurate records of funding and ensure timely reporting to donors - Analyze costs and budgets to support decision-making on program spends proposed for funding Qualification Required: - 5-8 years of experience in grant management, donor engagement, or key account management - Experience in the social development space or corporate experience in BD/sales/relationship management - Skilled in data analytics, consulting, and MS Office applications - Strong interest in social development and engaging people on ideas - High energy, positive attitude, and passion for making a difference in lives - Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances - Commitment to good work ethics, professional approach, and confidentiality Additional Company Details: Swades is based in Mumbai with a hybrid working model (office + remote) and occasional travel to rural geographies of implementation in Maharashtra.
