Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
Lead digital initiatives in Automation, IoT, Data Analytics, and AI/ML.
Assess digital maturity and identify improvement areas.
Design, develop, and modernize digital products and user experiences.
Integrate and optimize existing digital solutions for robust performance.
Drive full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment, for complex business applications.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize product and service value.
Ensure adoption of digital solutions and implement mechanisms for ongoing maintenance and support.
Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and best practices to continuously enhance frameworks.
Solve complex technical and business problems with a structured and analytical approach.

Key Skills:

2-5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology business management, or emerging technologies.
Strong techno-functional expertise with the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a deep passion for technology and innovation.
Ability to drive excellence in digital projects, ensuring high adoption rates and robust support mechanisms.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop technical teams and foster an agile working environment.
A strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying digital transformation opportunities and delivering impactful solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA preferred.
