Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of Atlassian related projects requests raised by users within the agreed KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendor team and support the Atlassian migration from DC to Cloud
• Being self driven for working on team wise initiatives on a timely manner
• Identify system issues, provide creative solutions and work on implementation
• Manage day to day operational activities independently within Atlassian platform (Jira & Confluence) including troubleshooting and user management.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor s Degree in System Administration / IT or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Cloud Computing, DevOps and Agile methodologies beside software development lifecycle related processes.
• 3-5 years of work experience on operating Atlassian products (DC or Cloud) with knowledge of APIs, web hooks and integrations is preferred
• Solid organization skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes is a must.
• Fluent in both speaking and writing English.
