Assistant Manager Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital campaigns, product experiences, and brand initiatives
• Build and scale design systems, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand alignment
• Mentor junior designers and foster an experimentation-driven creative culture
• Conceptualize and deliver high-impact visual assets for social, performance marketing ads, emailers, campaigns, and program launches
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing and content teams to bring ideas from concept to execution
• Establish and maintain visual consistency across all brand and product touchpoints
• Integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows to accelerate creativity, prototyping, and asset production

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in graphic & visual design (digital first); agency, tech or edtech experience preferred
• Proven ability to design across brand, marketing, and product surfaces
• Portfolio demonstrating compelling visual storytelling, refined typography, cohesive brand identity frameworks, and a wide range of digital marketing creatives across web and social.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma,and AI tools like Firefly, ChatGPT, Dalle, Midjourney or similar tools
• Experience creating marketing collateral (emailers, brochures, performance ads, banners, infographics, social creatives)
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, usability principles, and prototyping
• The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders in your design work
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
• Ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional priorities with minimal supervision
