1.Floating RFQs and getting quotes for addditional and Alt. sourcing
2.Development of parts as per the add/alt. sourcing/Derisking time plan and coordinating with internal agencies like QA/SQA for approval
3.To support in achieving material cost reduction thru MACK & VA-VE projects by closely working with R&D and suppliers.
4.Should be able to make Costing sheet(ZBC) and support in commercial finalization & negotiation with suppliers
5.Coordination with R&D,IPC, SQA, Supplier, Layout & Plant team for ECM(VA/VE) implementation as per time plan
6.Should be well versed with SAP
7.MIS generation and dashboard preparation for functional KRAs on Fortnightly/monthly basis
To work closely with R&D for idea generation, idea evaluation and convert the identified projects to ECNs, develop parts and support till the desired ramp-up.
