Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Project & Utility

Dear Candidate, We have an urgent requirement of " Project & Utility ". Candidate should be graduated in B.Tech/BE with 9+ years of experience Should have exposure in the area of MEP Project & Utility Operation having installation of Air Washer Units, Air Compressors, Diesel Generators (DG Set), Gas Yard, Piping System, Office AC VRF System, Automatic Sprinkler System With Diesel Pump & Jockey Pump, Water Treatment & Sewage Treatment Plant. Role & Responsibilities - 100 % Compliance to company EHS Policy & Procedures. - Zero LTI and Zero Incident in Utility Operations. - Zero Down Time & Zero Production loss attributed from Utility Service. - 100 % Statutory Compliance to GPCB, GIDC, Factory Act and other appliance Norms. - Documentation for ISO Audit, Safety & Surveillance Audit. - Implement cost-effective Ideas & Actions For Improvement. Responsibilities: Will be responsible for Day-To-Day Operation & Maintenance Of Utility Services. Preparing Preventive Maintenance Schedule and ensuring effective PM as per define frequency. Forecast of Maintenance Activities and Preparing Budget with optimum utilization of Inhouse resource. Should be able to lead and train team of Shift Engineer, Technician, Plant Operator, Environmental Chemist etc. Support Staff. Co-ordination with Manufacturing Team for routine requirements and support for shift operation. Preparing Technical BOQ & Scope for MEP Project along with review of Design and Drawings. Safe & Ontime Execution Of Project, Handing Over To End-user and Closure Of Snag Points. Should have Hands On Experience Of MS Office, PPT, Auto-Cad, SAP MM Module for Purchasing Process. Techno-commercial vision, Enhancing equipment life cycle, appetite to learn new technology, collaborative approach. To drive and build culture for Safe Workplace with focus on Physical & Mental Wellbeing Technical : Person should have In-depth knowledge of Utility Equipments & Installation for Fabrication plant, Failure Analysis, Root Causing, Data Analysis and Presentation Skills. Ability to foresee the potential risk and taking proactive measures. Proficiency in Piping (Fire Line / Gas Line / Compressed Air / Water Supply Line). Knowledge of ISO Codes & Relevant Engineering Standards along with practicing the same for Project & Utility Operation Works.
