Job Description

About the Role : We are looking for a Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - UK for our Bangalore branch. You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth. The charter for this role will include: Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas) Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counselors Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings Report & Data Management Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets Pipeline forecast & Management Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Ideal Persona: The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory) In-depth knowledge of UK for 5 years 2+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 6 counselors Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable. Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred) Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools. Expertise in time management, analytical and organizational skills along with prior experience in Team Management.
