Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Brands

Role & responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy Execution

• Assist in implementing brand strategy in line with the companys vision and market positioning.
• Support the development and execution of ATL, BTL, and digital brand campaigns.

2. Product Management & Innovation

• Coordinate with R&D and packaging teams on new product development and SKU extensions.
• Track product performance and contribute to portfolio improvement decisions.

3. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns including digital, retail, and trade promotions.

4. Market Research & Consumer Insights

• Conduct market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior tracking.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies for brand positioning and messaging.

5. Sales & Trade Coordination

• Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure seamless retail-level execution.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, training materials, and dealer engagement tools.

6. Agency & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for timely and high-quality output.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

7. Budgeting & Reporting

• Assist in managing marketing budgets and optimizing cost-efficiency.
• Generate performance reports on brand campaigns, product movement, and consumer feedback.

8. Brand Communication

• Ensure brand identity and consistent design language across packaging, advertising, digital, and in-store visibility.

9. Internal Coordination

• Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure end-to-end brand and product level execution.

10. Events & Product Launches

• Manage the planning and execution of brand activations, trade shows, and product launch events.
