Role & responsibilities: Deloitte India Hiring finance Professionals! We are committed to building exceptional teams that focus on constantly innovating and delivering value to our clients. Our diverse, high performing and growing team in Bangalore is looking for an experienced professional with the following skills: Knowledge of GAAP (Ind AS /IFRS/ US GAAP), closing process, process improvisation and streamlining, budgeting/forecasting Sound experience and working knowledge of the fund industry including but not limited to preparation and review of fund financial statements and reporting across products Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keeps up to date with new pronouncements relating to GAAP Must have good MS office skills with ability to handle large volume of data. Leadership Capabilities Team management, effective communication, project management, train, coach and develop teams to upgrade their knowledge and skill sets and take ownership of the activities assigned and contribute towards the growth of the organization. Preferred candidate profile: Post Experience of 2-8 years in IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Internal Controls, Internal or Statutory Audit of Banks/NBFCs/Insurance or such other similar areas. Must have an excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS with working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. Should assist in applying accounting standards, execute Ind AS engagements while also researching into complex technical accounting issues. Should liaison with various stakeholders and publishing Dashboards/PPTs for senior management.
