Role Description

This is a full-time contract role for a retail store associate cum administrator at Dawer Travels. The candidate will be responsible for ticket sales, reservations, and providing excellent customer service to clients. In the othe role, the candidate is responsible for recording accurate sales, conduct accounting and book keeping tasks, conducting oversight, detect fraud and financial theft. Professional training will be provided to a candidate who is willing to settle for long term and grow with us. There is a strong long term opportunity for a suitable and a stable candidate.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in english and punjabi
• Customer service and sales skills
• Experience in ticket sales and reservations (optional)

• Willing to undertake courses on travel booking systems / GDS systems

• Ability to work independently and highly punctual and dependable

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation is based on candidate performance in first three months, punctuality and skillset.
