Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own and manage day-to-day operations
of the D2C website from order flow, fulfillment, and delivery to customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the
performance marketing team
to align supply, pricing, and inventory strategies with campaign plans and product pushes.
Ensure smooth coordination of
stock inward/outward
, warehouse management, and inventory reconciliation to support ongoing promotions and traffic spikes.
Monitor and optimize
conversion funnels
, including page speed, checkout performance, and user journey in collaboration with tech teams.
Analyze operational and sales data to identify gaps and opportunities to
improve margins, reduce RTOs
, and drive higher revenue per visitor.
Implement and maintain
pricing parity and competitiveness
across platforms while protecting D2C profitability.
Work with marketing and product teams on
launch readiness
, ensuring stock, pricing, and delivery timelines are aligned.
Assist in
forecasting and demand planning
to align with monthly marketing spends and revenue goals.
Manage coordination with 3PL, customer care, and other external stakeholders for smooth execution

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in D2C/e-commerce operations with exposure to performance marketing alignment.
Strong understanding of
D2C backend platforms
(e.g., Shopify, Unicommerce, ClickPost).
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL is a plus.
Experience in handling cross-functional projects involving marketing, tech, and supply chain.
Ability to think from a
business lens
balancing growth with operational feasibility and cost control.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
