Assistant Manager - Customer Support

We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manger - Customer Support.

Job Purpose:

To ensure superior customer satisfaction and business retention by efficiently managing customer support operations for Precious Metal Catalyst products. The role is responsible for coordinating order processing, technical support, and logistics while maintaining compliance with commercial and regulatory standards related to precious metals. The Deputy Manager serves as a key link between customers, sales, production, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and seamless communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring timely responses and strong relationships.
• Oversee order processing and delivery, ensuring accuracy in precious metal transactions.
• Maintain precise metal accounting and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to resolve issues and align priorities.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports on customer satisfaction, order fulfilment, and operational performance.

Experience : Precious Metal Industry Preferred , 8-10 years

Work Location: Wadala, Mumbai.

Work Day: 5 days WFO
