Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately in SAP
Coordinate with the sales team to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules
Plan and execute dispatch of materials as per committed timelines
Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with logistics and transport partners for smooth dispatch
Monitor inventory availability to fulfill customer orders
Perform reconciliation of orders, dispatches, deliveries, and invoices
Reconcile sales orders with delivery notes and billing in SAP
Handle order-related documentation (delivery challans, invoices, PODs, etc.)
Identify and resolve discrepancies related to quantity, pricing, or delivery
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to orders, dispatch, and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
