Assistant Manager - Customer Cordination

• Verify order details – product, quantity, price, Incoterms, delivery schedule.
• Enter and update orders in ERP system accurately.
• Liaise with production planning to confirm product availability and delivery dates.
• Work with dispatch/logistics teams to schedule loading and shipments.
• Prepare/check shipping documents: Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific documentation and country regulations.
• Coordinate with CHA and freight forwarders for document submission and clearance.
• Monitor transit status and resolve any shipment-related queries
• espond promptly to customer emails or calls regarding order/shipment/documents.
• Resolve complaints or escalations in coordination with concerned departments.
• Maintain export order tracking sheet (order to dispatch timeline).
• Ensure compliance with EXIM policies, customs rules, and documentation norms.
• Maintain digital and physical records of orders, correspondence, and dispatches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
