Assistant Manager- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

As an Assistant Manager CSR at ReNew, your role will involve managing and supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR initiatives across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. You will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and monitoring CSR projects aligned with ReNew's CSR strategy and the Indian Companies Act. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting assessments and evaluations, maintaining documentation, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and monitor CSR projects in the southern region aligned with ReNew's CSR strategy and Indian Companies Act. - Collaborate with partners, NGOs, local authorities, and internal stakeholders for effective project execution. - Conduct assessments, analysis, and evaluations to drive data-driven decision-making. - Maintain documentation and MIS for transparency and compliance. - Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and prepare reports for stakeholders. - Conduct field visits to assess impact and provide feedback for improvement. - Ensure compliance with all statutory CSR requirements. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in CSR program management, preferably in the development or renewable energy sector. - Strong understanding of Indian CSR laws, including Schedule VII and CSR Rules under the Companies Act. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across different states. - Fluency in English & Telugu is mandatory. Knowledge of other regional languages (Tamil/ Kannada) is a plus. Travel Requirements: - Willingness to travel frequently to ReNew's CSR project sites across India for project monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
