Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager - Corporate Relations & Growth based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining corporate relations, managing business relationships, communication, financial analysis, and sales activities to drive growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

– Identify and connect with potential corporate clients via LinkedIn and shared databases to generate business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

– Conduct meetings at client offices, strengthen relationships, and drive long-term partnerships.

Sales & Cross-Selling

– Understand client needs, pitch relevant gifting solutions, and maximize revenue from existing clients.

Revenue Growth

– Work towards achieving quarterly sales targets by closing deals and expanding the corporate client portfolio.

Coordination & Delivery Management

– Ensure seamless execution of orders by coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries.

Market Insights & Reporting

– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Finance principles
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the corporate gifting industry is a plus
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
