Expeirence-7+ years Location- Navi Mumbai Shift-Day/European Industry- BPO/Shipping industry 5 days work from office Domain -Finance (AP ,AR,GL, Reconciliation) Responsibilities- Strong background in finance, instructional design, and e-learning content creation. Digital Content Creation, SOP Creation, design and deliver core training for New Joiners/existing team development, Training & Development Analytical Skills: Analyse training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Content Development: Design and develop engaging finance-related training materials , including e-learning modules, presentations, workbooks, case studies, and assessments. LMS & E-Learning Tools Exposure Long travel as per the requirement (4/6/12 weeks) Will get exposure to upcoming Migrations IC role; Good communication, Stakeholder collaboration, Attention to detail, Analytical skills
