Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Organize and document Board, Committee, and General meetings, including notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Ensure timely filings with ROC, MCA, and other regulators, and maintain statutory registers and compliance trackers.
Monitor regulatory updates and circulate summaries to top management.
Support fundraising activities (Equity, CP, NCDs, ECB) and coordinate with external service providers.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be Graduated.

Candidate should be Company Secretary ( CS ) Qualified.
