Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Being in-charge at the site and managing walk-ins and allocating clients to Sales executives
Managing leads from the different sourcing teams and allocating the same to team members
Managing a team of 3-4 executives and tracking their productivity based on different parameters
Identifying the training needs of his/her team and helping them develop their skill-sets
Ensuring that the product presentations are being done as per the process
Ensuring that the walk-ins are getting captured in SFDC and the same is being updated
Supporting the sales executives to get the bookings closed
Ensuring that the bookings are getting processed in the system operationally
Ensuring that the process is being followed rigorously and the booking formalities are being handed over to CRM
Handling customer grievances and escalation cases
Ensuring that the payments are getting done on time

Preferred candidate profile

Sales process knowledge (e.g. SOPs)
Negotiation skills
Industry/market knowledge (e.g. Competition analysis)
Product knowledge
Stakeholder management

Qualification

MBA in Sales & Marketing
5 - 6 years of work experience
