Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Clearing Settlement department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities services and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the clearing and settlement process for securities transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of trades.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze and resolve issues related to clearing and settlement, providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with external parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in securities services, preferably in clearing and settlement.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
